Photo Requirements

Announcements Galore aims to produce the highest quality announcements on the market. Following these suggestions when submitting your photos will help us to ensure you receive the best product possible!

E-mail all of your photographs and verbiage for your announcements to us at photos@announcementsgalore.com. Please include your name and/or order number in the subject line.
In your e-mail, please include any preferences for cropping or minor photo adjustments.
If your announcement contains more than one photo, please include instructions on which photo you’d like placed where in your e-mail.
Please send images sized to at least 1200x1800 pixels.
Please e-mail photos in a JPG, TIFF or PSD file format.
Please send images at least 300dpi resolution or higher.
When taking photos to use in your announcements, please set your digital camera to the highest possible resolution setting.
Announcements Galore does not accept mailed photographs. If you need to scan your photos, please do so at 300dpi resolution or higher.
Please do not attempt to scan home-printed photos. Please only scan in professional processed photos (glossy photos scan best) as these result in a much higher quality scan.
E-mail your photos as an attachment. Please do not send links to online photo albums.
Please do not resize or crop your photos before sending. Feel free to include in your e-mail your cropping preferences and our graphic designer will be glad to do it for you. This will result in the best possible fit for your announcement.
If at all possible, please send color photographs. Our graphic designer will change them to black and white if you so desire.
Please do not send blurry photos. Unfortunately these cannot be repaired.
